I am wondering exactly how to get Windows to tell me exactly WHERE a program exists on the hard drive? I look in downloads-not there, programs/features-not there. Where would an older version of a program be hanging out? I don't know how to find it!
Unfortunately, I think this web site has been abandon as your message and mine are the only new ones since May or earlier. I may be able to assist you. I'd try opening windows explorer. Click on this pc, then in windows explorer search type the name of the program. Also look in control panel, add/remove programs to see if it's listed.
