Telegram Desktop usually follows its usual excellent routine in accepting a PASTE from Windows Clipboard, but at times it stubbornly refuses to, and instead, turns an image pasting from the Windows Clipboard into an attachment. I have tried often and in different ways to consult the publishers, the Helpdesk and its forum, without getting a response. How can I ensure reliable PASTING ?
