EVERY time my wife starts her computer, she sees this message, the following message shows up in a box: This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the app may solve this problem. Any ideas on getting rid of this? Name of the app is wruninstall.exe
Have you been trying (unsucessfully) to uninstall Webroot? The advice on the Webroot forum is to do as the message says.
