Excel 2013: Copying multiple cells in 1 worksheet to a single cell on another sheet

Hi I am trying to get the data in a group of cells from 1 worksheet to a single cell in another worksheet in the same workbook. I have tried CONCATENATE but that only works on a single sheet. Basically, I need to copy the components from a daily sheet into a summary sheet but don't want to have multiple lines on the summary as each line refers to a date. I have attached an example. Thanks for any help.

To start, I am not an Excel expert. With that out of the way, if this was a one-time thing and this small amount of data, I would just do it manually. But if this is a recurring task and large amounts of data, I would work my way though this list of Google hits and hopefully find one that works. Sorry I am not of more help.

Thanks for your response. I am currently doing it manually and it is quite a pain to do every day, there are potentially 60 rows to combine into three cells. It looks like I will need to get to grips with VBA to do it so it doesn't get cleared the following day when I post that day's values, etc, etc. Thanks anyway.

And you found nothing in that Google link that helps?

There were a few links that covered what I need if the data was static, thanks, but the first sheet is a daily one which gets overwritten every day, thus tomorrow the one I copied today will disappear. I'm currently copying them into a text box, formatting it and then copying that into the summary sheet. Exactly what I need but it is time consuming. Everything I read says if you want to automate activity in excel you need a VBA macro. The nearest thing I can do is to do the transfer into a field on the daily sheet then copy values into the summary. that way they won't get lost. Sorry I've been rambling.

Yeah, I was wondering if some sort of export/import process could be used.

There are some forums dedicated to helping folks with Excel issues. MrExcel is one of the bigger ones.

No worries - I ramble all day long. Keeps the dog's ear muscles in shape! ;)
