Connecting a MAC to NAS on my network

    I am unable to connect my MacBook (OS: El Capitan) to my network drives. It connects to the router and internet but it can't see anything else on the WAN or LAN. No problems with any of the PCs on the same network. Could anyone offer any suggestions please? Thanks
