I am using Outlook 2013, Windows 10 latest release. When I receive mail with photos/images in links I more often than not get the message: When I select download I get : If I view the mail on the ipad, I have no problem in viewing the image, or where ther is an option to view the email in a browser. I know this must be a security setting in outlook but I can't find it. Would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks.
There seems to be several possible reasons for this. Having Outlook set to "Work offline" is a common one. There are several solutions offered here that might help. Sorry I cannot be more specific. There seems to be several causes with no single fix. Keep us posted.
Thanks for your reply. I tried all the options and got the same as others have, but the first message has been solved by changing the setting in Trust Centre. I have had one thought, I have my Outlook file on a network drive, so could it be that? If so, I'm stuck with it. Thanks again for your help.
