Neither my keyboard or mouse will work. The screen tells me the keyboard failed to install. I read some of your post that tells me to reinstall the drivers and i have the disk that came with the computer, but the disk does not auto run and I can not use my mouse or keyboard to install it. is there another way to reinstall the drivers? I have a dell XPS destop running windows 7.
When has this problem first occurred? Have you updated or downloaded any software to the pc? Has this problem occurred a numerous times? Have u tried tapping f12 before the computer logo pops up to check the bios page to figure out the problem?. Check to see if all cords are placed into the right port after that turn on your pc and tap f12 before thw windows logo pops up and check the bios.
