My computer has been restarting like crazy caused by the BSOD "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and a few others. I have completely formatted my computer and reinstalled vista. It still does the same blue screen. Also most of the time after the blue screen my computer will restart with nothing on the monitor. The monitor does not say no signal but it is completely black and the monitor power light flashes. After 100 restarts it might work again for a very limited time. I'm thinking hardware but have no idea where to start. Any advice is much appreciated!

There are a number of reasons for BSOD's
So we need the full BSOD error messages to begin helping.
Can your start in safe mode without problems?
Could you give us some information on your PC/laptop
