The Start menu can be customized and so some may not have Computer displayed in their Start menu. Double clicking Computer on the desktop will open Windows Explorer. From there, select Tools from the menu bar, then Map Network Drive. If you don't have the Computer icon displayed on your desktop, you can open Windows Explorer by starting to type in the search box, explorer. As results appear, click Windows Explorer to open it, then Tools and Map Network Drive.
