mac pc now won't hook up or can't link onto internet after shutting down, what happen

    wife has mac pc and now can't access internet , need help please!

    note the mac pc won't let her shut down to start up and access anything now either !

    Unfortunately we don't have any regular participants that are that familiar with macs to support them. I suggest that you search for a mac forum on google or try Apple - Support - Discussions - Forum Home. Again, sorry that we can't be of much help.
