My laptop with Windows 98 has just been reformatted. O cannot now get onto the internet with it as when I click the Explorer icon, a page comes up telling me to register with Line One ( who are they? I have never heard of them) and supply a start up code (which I don't have) and payment details (which I don't see why). What should I do?
