Save the song to your hard drive and attach it as you would any other file.

If it is a CD that you can play in your CD player then you will need to RIP the music file from the CD. To do this pop the CD in the drive and an Autoplay menu should appear select RIP with Windows Media Player and click ok.

Then all you need to do is add the file to the email.

Bear in mind that even discussing the illegal copying of copyrighted materials is grounds for immediate ban from this site, or most any other site! That is stealing and illegal after all. So before you send a copy of any song via email to anybody, you better make sure you are authorized to make copies, the necessary royalties have been paid (for your original and the copy too), or that song is in the public domain.
