Prefetch files

    Hi, er well as i said in my previous post that i had some sort of trogan on my computer, i'm pretty sure i have rid myself of it, but i found a part fo the virus hidden the the c:\Windows\prefetch folder. Now there is some other suspicious looking stuff in there, and i was just wondering if anyone could tell me definately what is not wanted in the prefetch folder:

    Now i'm a complete noob you could say when it comes to prefetch files, i don't know what they do and how they get there or anything. So if there are files which are definately not meant to be there, please say which because i'm a bit suspicious after deleted that Tclock.exe.pf thing. (Can't rememebr the exact file name)

    In general if you deleted them all they would be recreated the next time you run the associated program. You might prefer the tool at the end of this post however. If you Google each entry you should get some idea of where it came from.
