How do I debug my network??

    I am having a problem on my network. I can't connect my WAN to my laptop because it says that it my network device has been deactivated or there is a problem with my router... how to solve that???? please help..

    Hi knuxie1135 and welcome to Techie7. Please note, this site is here to help folks with their computer problems, not to post advertisements. Please do not violate the site rules you agreed to abide by when you registered.

    Sadly, you failed to tell us anything about this computer, other than it is a laptop. All I can suggest is you read the manual to see how you enable the network device. I suspect it is turned off to conserve battery, or for security. My Toshiba notebook has a tiny slider switch to quickly enable/disable wireless.
