How to change the screen resolution in Windows 7

    Using Windows 7 to adjust your screen resolution

    To get the most out of Windows 7 and have a better viewing experience using applications you will want to check what the optimum resolution is for your monitor and graphics card.

    To change the screen resolution in Windows 7:

    • Click the Windows 7 Start Button
    • Click Control Panel
    • Click Appearance and Personalization
    • Click Display
    • Select Adjust Resolution from the left side menu
    • Adjust the screen resolution as neccassary
