What are the specs on your system?
Has it always been like this or happened recently?
Do you run AV and firewall?
Once its running how is it, good or slow?

Post a screenshot of msconfig-startup as an attachment. Advice can then be given on what you need and don't need when the computer first starts up. All the OEM companies like Dell and HP puts a ton of stuff in startup that you don't need and will cause slow bootups.
