In Oulook Express & IE 6 when I try to open Index & contents it will not open.

All other options on the drop down menu work fine.

How do I cure this problem please.

First off see if pressing F1 brings it up.

Yes, I can open "Help & Support Centre" from the start menu.

Go to Start > Search (type in) iexplore.chm

Do you get results? If so does opening the results bring up the "Contents & Index"?
