Re: blue screen
Ok, i'm there. I saved/backuped my connection and found the firmware update that I was confused about lol. I haven't read the manual, my computer is not letting me go to many sites and that is one of them. I think i'm lucky to be able to see this one.. i would totally be lost. Thanks for sticking around.

dont forget about the Original firmware
you might need to install that 1st: i dont know
just a passing thought
-
on 2nd thought you probably already have it
but I would read the manual before you upgrade
here is the PDF link direct; dont know if it will work from here;
do you have Adobe reader?

I do have adobe reader but when I click on it I get a red x.. strange, I have been getting that alot lately too.
-
ok back online i'll go look at the manual
-
maybe it's worth a re-boot
or can you go thru the other computer?
if one can't connect does that mean both can't connect?
-
yeah both aren't connecting. I tried his and while he was doing his ad-aware the AVG came up and said he had a virus. So he has to run that. i'm downloading the adobe reader just in case. I tried to re-boot and it didn't work. My connection was closed to all sites exept this one and even then it was Extreamly slow. It seems to be running faster now though.
-
um I just downloaded the adobe and I got a warning of an attempt to change internet explorer settings. "Warning! A BHO has been added to your system" Remove BHO or Keep the BHO?
also winpatrol wanted to know if I wanted it as an addon?
-
if you took the full download that is probably the download manager
it's unneccessary but if you took it already it's ok
-
oh ok. I did a re-boot and i'm a little amazed at how fast it loaded and how fast the pages loaded.
