I was just searching the web when all of a sudden all of these norton anti virus pops ups come up i clicked on them and when they went away.i was left with my desktop.Weird my desktop had this big warning thing saying all the things u do on the internet are logged and people can easily break in with standard tools.Then at the bottom is says click here to remove soo i clicked there and the site comes up not found. So i tryed just changing my backround but it doesnt work.ANd this pop up causes all my icons to become highlighted.all programs work but i cant stand this thing on my screen.Is there ne way to remove if soo please help me!

just a quick try: right click the desktop & choose Refresh.

is this pop up warning from norton? (sounds like an add, maybe what norton was warning against).

Can you describe it in detail?

is there a red X in the top right corner of that pop up to close it?

i got this clean up program that i remember seeing and sure enough after the clean sweep and a quick restart boom the pop up went away.thanks for u help ne who
