Has anyone had this problem cisvc.exe seems to take up a lot of memory when monitoring 'task manager' it can cause 100% cpu usage. I solve it by cancelling it in 'task manager' anyone have a more permanent solution.

To stop this Service from loading, go to Start> Run and type services.msc.

In the list, under the name column, find Indexing Service. Right click and click Properties. Next to Startup type, select Manual. Click Apply then Ok then exit.

If the Service is already running, whilst you are there, click the Stop button.
