Everytime I try to copy music thru Windows Media Player it locks up as it converts the music from Mp3 format to Wav files. I have 768K of memory and am running an AMD XP 2000+. Anyone have any ideas on this problem.

Where are you copying from, CD and why do you need to convert it from MP3 to wav? Do you have Nero or something similar cause thats a better way if you're copying from cd.

I'm copying downloaded music from my HD to a blank CD. Th eversion of Nero I have is not compatible with WinXp or I'd be using it.

You might try some of these frre burning programs here. http://www.free-software-downloads.o...g-software.htm They'd all be better than WMP.
