I can't get my gamepad to work with rayman 2 its set up in windows ok, and works with other games. I think I remember somwhere saying I may need to use or create a profile, anyone know how???? or can help in any way

Two things will drive you nuts about this game. First, the control scheme. Both keyboard and gamepad are graced with non-configurable control layouts that couldn't possibly make sense to anybody. The readme file recommends using your gamepad's software to rearrange the controls - a complication avoided by virtually every other PC game every created. (Controller configuration requires almost no extra programming.)

To answer your questions
The gamepad doesn't work at all with this game, the game starts and works fine with the keyboard but doesn't pick up the pad at all, when you go to the calibration screen nothing happens.
The gamepad didn't come with configuration software, I just use the XP software. Its a Tournament pad.

if your pad is working for everything except rayman 2 I can only think maybe re-install the game. otherwise search the web site. i found a few things by poking around. they also have tech support as well as a message board:
