Did you mean "internal application error"?

If so:

The following post contains some tips. The first of which is if you dont have WMP 10 you should uninstall what you have and get it. If you already have it try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

Can you describe this in detail? Any error message? What happened exactly?


Also found this other Microsoft page pertaining to your initial error message.
As you will see it also applies to other things not working; Help & Support; System Restore; etc.

You might want to see if those other features work before consider the possible fix.
