Please help. My PC is running slow and some folders I cann't delete. Its say being used by another program but I have nothing running. I have defraged etc. What else can I do?

as per ur problem there are some running process at startup.U have to disable the startup programms.

got to-- start -- run --click on.type msconfig and enter

go to startup section(it wiil be last option in the screen)
then click disable all.and ok.
restart the system.
now u can delete.
