Replaced PS unit and that has cured all my problems. Had to reset CMOS . Cannot tell you how much I appreciate your help in this matter. I tested the new PS unit with my tester and it was steady as a rock on +3.3V rail. Glad to get this fixed. I am running MS Firewall and MS security essentials and nothing else. Would you make any changes or, are they good as any for free.
