OK this problem has me stumped. I recently found that my administrator accounts can't install certain things, manage disks or do a number of things. Apparently there is also a problem with my cryptographic services and my installer service. I've tried everything I can find to try and restore administrative privileges to all the accounts that have administrator access. I've reinstalled Windows with a repair installation, I've tried to install SP3 again and still no dice. No cryptographic services and no privileges. Anyone got any suggestions?
