I have literally no memory left and my computer is running really really slow. Is there anything I can do? And how can I find out what is eating it up so much?

If disk space, then CCleaner may help, but low disk space typically means too many installed programs or personal files (like photos, tunes and videos). But until the OP returns, we just need to wait and see.
