Unhappy "Open with" list does not contain program

    Hi Folks,
I've just installed Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 Video editor (licenced).
Now here's the problem, when I save a project from PrPro CS3 it saves OK, apparently, but when I later go to open it, Photoshop opens and then says this is not a valid Ps file.
In "folder options" the extension .prproj says it opens with Photoshop, but when I click "change" to choose a new program, Premiere Pro is not in the list. So I choose "browse" and locate it but when I click OK it goes back to the original list with Ps highlighted.
How can I get PrPro into the list or force it to use Prem Pro?
I've contacted Adobe and they say it's not installed properly so just re-install it, but removing/deleting/re-installing makes no difference.
    Regards.

Check the box that says Always use the selected program to open this kind of file.

    Hi townsbg,
I've already ticked that box but the problem is that the program I want to use to open the file (Prem Pro) doesn't appear in the program list, so when I've browsed for it and then I select it and press OK it goes back to the program list and highlights Photoshop again, and it doesn't add Prem Pro to the list.
So in other words, I can't get Prem Pro into the prog list in order to select it.

look in the program's settings to see if it's an option there.

Check your File Associations for the appropriate programs and set Adobe Premiere Pro as the default program to run them.
