In my computer history I find a video file and when I tried to open it it says your current security settings do not allow you to perform system commands on this item. how can i opened this video file?

Sadly we know nothing about your computer except it runs XP. What type file is it? What are you using to open it with? Note this could be a browser problem too.

So are you trying to view this IE? If so, you might check your security setting to ensure "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." is unchecked.

i use google chroom and mozilla firefox...but both i but security low...but even then i dindt see that video

Maybe the file is corrupt. Try another .wmv file and see if it works.
