E: drive missing
How can I reinstall E: drive? Can I reinstall Windows XP without E: drive, how?

Hi Vincent and welcome.
We need a LOT more information. Normally, there is no E drive unless you have more than one drive and/or you have your drive partitioned. We know nothing of your system or your drive or drives to answer your question.

Hi Vincent,
Did your E:\ drive previously show up as your CD / DVD drive? There is an option in Windows Explorer and My Computer (go to the Tools menu and then Folder Options) to hide 'empty' drives. I'm not sure if this is just for 'memory card' drives or if it hides CD drives as well. If you put a CD into the drive, does the E:\ drive appear?
If it's just a Windows setting that has made your E:\ drive disappear, that shouldn't stop you from re-installing Windows XP anyway. If you put your Windows XP disc into the PC and then restart the PC, your computer would still be able to boot (start up) from the XP disc. It will then take you through the installation process to "repair" your existing Windows XP installation or install it again from scratch.
Please let us know if this answers your question. If it doesn't, please give us a bit more information, as Digerati asked, including whether you are using a desktop or laptop computer.
