Welcome to D-A-L.
Is this a proprietary machine? (ie; Brand_Name - Gateway, eMachine, Dell, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Lenovo, Compaq, etc.)
If it is, please post the Make, and the exact Model Number. If there is a Service Tag, post this info as well.
If the machine is a custom built Desktop, what is the Make, Model, and Rev. of the motherboard?
If your machine is Intel based (but you must be "online" in order to use it);
Go to; Intel Drivers
Click on Check your system for the latest updates.
(Available for Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows 2000. Compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari browsers. If you are using a different Operating System, please visit http://http://downloadcenter.inte...fault.aspx to look for available software.)
If all the above doesn't work for you,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
