I am trying to remove the following programme via Control panel > Remove program> Fujifilm FinepixViewerSVersion.2.1 > Remove

After I confirm 'Remove' I receive the following message: Setup.exe Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem etc etc etc

I would be grateful for any advice.

Is the program still installed on your computer? Sometimes, something happens (fluke, poor programming, ?) during an install and not everything gets removed.

If you have uninstalled the program and it still appears in your Control Panel, Add and Remove list, see Removing invalid entries from Add or Remove Programs.

Thank you for your reply. Programme is still showing in Control Panel > Add Remove programs 88.66Mb. I have successfully removed other unwanted programmes since my last attempt but still receive the Setup.exe message when trying to remove Fuji F P Viewer S Ver.2.1.

My response is the same as posted in my last reply.
