You first need to check all your hardware devices (motherboard, graphics cards, and any added device) and make sure there are 64-bit XP drivers available. If no drivers, then no.

In general, manufacturers weren't very supportive of XP 64-bit but they got better starting with Vista. When I tried xp 64-bit I didn't have any success with it due to the lack of drivers. Why do you want XP 64-bit? Unless you have an insane amount of ram there really isn't any advantage to using it. You might consider 7 64-bit because it is modern, more secure, and has been driver support. That's my recommendation.

I agree with townsbg. Not sure why you posted your card and motherboard. You need to visit all the sites for all your hardware and download 64-bit drivers - if they have them. We can't do for you.

64-bit has the potential to be faster, but just because something is 64-bit does not automatically make it faster.

But still, to run a 64-bit operating system, ALL the hardware must support 64-bit too, not just the motherboard, or CPU.

Why would you rather prefer XP over 7? XP is ancient.

Personally I would just abandon 7 unless you have ancient applications that won't run on 7. However it is your money so if you want to spend it on xp 64-bit that's up to you. You probably won't see a notable difference over the 32-bit version.
