I tried installing certain programs and updating others also. And it says it cant do anything b/c its already running when obviously it isnt.
Im seriously getting annoyed with this thing I just need help to fix whatever this thing is.

Also tried a restoring point and nothing.

Sadly, all we can assume is this an XP computer. Other than that, we know nothing.

What is your hardware - notebook or PC? Brand and model numbers?
Is XP current?
When did problem start?
Have you scanned for malware?
How much free disk space do you have?

Its a PC and I dont think it is. It started about maybe like less than a month ago. The only thing I really know is that its an HP Pavilion Slimline s7410n atleast thats what it says on the tower. N I dont really know bout scanning all that stuff I had my brothers friend help me a while back but since we dont talk I cant have him look at it. N I'm not good with computers at all other than basic stuff like going online and listening to music on it.
