I had to format and re-install everything on my desktop, 3D Max 2011 worked fine before.
After I install it, i try to run it for the first time, the splashscreen shows up saying initializing and a auto licensing window pops up which is just plain white and nothing elses happens, it just stays at that. I have a student license. Weird thing is, if i go to task manager and end the 3d max task, the licensing window instantly goes to the next bit it suppose to load and lets my click confirm code by then the task ends obviosly.
I've added a screenshot.
Any Help?

Does your system meet these requirements? Autodesk - Autodesk 3ds Max Products - System Requirements
It meets all the requirements except for the RAM, but that is for max 2012, I have 2011 which is less requirements and it I had it installed before i re-installed everything, it worked fine.
AUTODESK® 3DS MAX DESIGN® 2011Maybe you need to update other components first????At a minimum, the 32-bit version of 3ds Max Design 2011 software requires a system with the
following hardware:*
• Intel® Pentium® 4 1.4 GHz or equivalent AMD® processor with SSE2 technology 2
• 2 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)
• 2 GB swap space (4 GB recommended) 3
• Direct3D® 10 technology, Direct3D 9, or OpenGL-capable graphics card 4
o 256 MB or higher video card memory
o 1 GB or higher recommended
• Three-button mouse with mouse driver software
• 3 GB free hard drive space
• DVD-ROM drive 5
• Internet connection for web downloads and Autodesk® Subscription-aware access
• 3ds Max® Composite functionality media cache hard drive requirements:
o 10 GB minimum, 200 GB recommended
o HDD: IDE, SATA, SATA 2, SAS, SCSI
I just formatted and re-installed everything again this time with 3D max being the first thing I installed, works fine now?
