I have install Titan Quest in my PC..my PC had no problem with the minimum requirement..and I can run the game..but the mouse pointer move so slow..but my character moves as usual..like don't have any problems with the graphic..how can we fix this thing?

Some information about your computer would help. Brand and model of the computer or motherboard, amount of RAM, and amount of free disk space would be good to know. Is your XP fully updated? Have you scanned for malware?
