Hi Everyone,

The send and receive buttons on my modem are not on. (Anyone any sugestions, sensible one's please.) I've tried system Restore, and I've tried turning off my computer and cable modem off at the mains, and waited 30 seconds, then turning the power back on to the computer. These proceedures have not helped me. Please advise.

I would try another computer and see if it can get out. Another cable too.
