I am posting this for help with my mom's computer. If you happen to look at my other posts, not the same computer so different problem.

Anytime we try to look at files on the computer like pictures, documents, etc. we get an error message about a Dr. Watson's Postmortem Debigger. I did look it up and it doesn't seem to be a virus but it does cause issues. I don't think it is something I need either. What should I do to get rid of it or turn it off?
