How can I recover my cookies in WinXP as I wen't and deleted my banking cookies. I need them to can get back into my account.

If they're not in the Recycle Bin, then deeper "forensics" are required.

You really just need to select the "Forgot my password" option at your bank, then set a new password. This will create a new cookie. That is better than trying to dredge up old deleted cookies.
