Having an issue with ps/2 usb mouse errors , saying device not compyatible etc , done the normal , device manager updatedrivers , uninstall drivers etc and done search for new ones but to no avail still get same issue any ideas guys ?

PS/2 and USB and are totally different Input/Output (I/O) interfaces so I you having issues with both is troublesome. First, try another mouse.

If still not luck, we need information about your hardware.

this is the message im getting in the properties box of the device , its working fine just spring cleaning my system and need to configure it for peace of mind !!!.

What device? The mouse or the controller? I would uninstall what ever is giving you an error and reboot and see if able to reinstall it.
