When I turn on my PC, computer turns on, but monitor shows "NO SYNC INPUT"...
When windows is loaded (I hear it by windows "hello" sound), I restart it by pressing ALT+F4 and monitor and computer both run correctly.
I tried to reinstall video card graphics driver, but it didn't work..
I also had blue screen of death
any solutions?

I would try another monitor and see if it does it with that one too. If it does, then you know it is something with the computer and not the monitor.

problem solved:
"REMOVE YOUR POWER CORD AND HOLD THE ON BUTTON FOR LIKE 30second TO A MINUTE AND THEN CONNECT IT BACK AND TURN IT ON"

Thanks for posting the solution. Did you read that somewhere? And that's power cord to what? The computer or monitor?
