my windows explorer says it has a problem, if I press close dr watson then does the same thing, I can use mozilla and ctrl alt delete for some things, but I can't get help from microsoft because iexplorer won't go without explorer.

I know very little, have no discs as my computer came preloaded and iqon have gone out of business, can anyone help?

When did this happen?

You can try doing a System Restore to before this happened, see if that fixes the problem. System Restore will not affect your personal data or installed software.

Sounds like you may have picked up some kind of malware then. Please go to our Spyware, Adware, Viruses and Malware Removal and read the first Sticky before doing anything else.

Come back here when you get a clean bill of health if you still have problems.
