zoom in my browser
I work on two computers, one in my office, with an Internet connection, another at home, not online.
The office computer works on WindowsXP Professional SP2, the home one on WindowsXP Home, Hebrew Ed, SP3.
Lately I received a series of MHT files, probably scanned at a very high resolution, so that I must zoom-out them to 50% when opening on the browser of my office computer, in order to see the full page on the screen. However I do not find the zoom option in the view menu on my home computer, only “encoding” and “font size” .
Please advise how this zoom option can be added to my browser.
Thanks

Well sadly, you didn't tell us what browser you use!
Note that with IE, Ctrl + and Ctrl - will zoom in and zoom out.
Also note your work PC with SP2 needs to be updated. Support for Windows XP Service Pack 2 ended on July 13, 2010. This means your work computer has not been updated and is vulnerable to security threats and, therefore, is a threat to the rest of us.

Thank you and sorry
my browser at the office is IE8, at home IE6. I will now try to transfer the IE8 version to my home computer and perhaps it will help.
and thanks for the ctrl-, ctrl+ tips. I will try it today

Forgot to mention, the Ctrl + and Ctrl - works in Mozilla Firefox as well.

Note that if this is a work computer that your employer owns you should clear the use of SP 3 with the company's technicians. Although unlikely they might have a specific reason for not upgrading such as an incompatibility with an installed program. More than likely they just haven't gotten around to it but all aspects of the system are their responsibility. You might not even have the permissions to install the service pack. Bill is right in that if possible SP 3 should be installed but if I don't own it I wouldn't do it.

Thank you all. Installing IE8 solved the problem. BTW ctrl+, ctrl- works only in steps of 25%, while in IE8 I can use the custom option with steps of 1%.
and thanks again. Pls close this thread
