IAAMonitor Notify App is part of Intel Application Accelerator which supposedly speeds up the performance of some computers. We're it mine, I would uninstall it.

System Idol Process - system - value between 90 and 95 is good. The higher that number the better as it's a measure of how much free time the processor has available to do work for you.

Does the shutdown problem occur if you are in Safe Mode?

The Event Viewer error can be caused by a number of things, bad ram or hard drive or bad or corrupted device driver are the usual suspects.

Did you record the BSOD screen data? If it flashed by to quick to see, turn off Automatic Restart:

Right click on My Computer.
Click Properties > Advanced > Startup and Recovery Settings.
Uncheck box for "Automatically restart".

Before your problems get any worse (just in case thye do), please backup any important data now, while you still can. Once that's done you might want to consider reloading the OS using the built-in Recovery Partition on the hard drive if there is one or a Recovery CD.
