I have a Dell Windows XP installation CD. I use it in the office to install on Dell computers, I like because it do not need CD key. I am wondering if I can use it to my home computer (non dell)

You are asking us, "is it okay to steal a copy of Windows to install on your own personal computer?" Do you really need an answer for that? And note unless that is a "volume" license, you are not legally allowed to install that on more than one computer in your office either.

That may be the more appropriate question hehe! Agree it is illegal, so I am not doing it
