    Can't download plug ins ?

I am trying to download Adobe Flash Player, as after doing a check it tells me mine needs up dating. The reason I started to look to do this is because I play 'Cafeworld' on Facebook and the flash player plug in keeps crashing?

I use Firefox as a browser and when I try to download the flash player it tells me that 'additional plugins are required to display on this page'...install plugins.
When I click install plugins it tells me there aren't any???

I am unable to get any further with it, any suggestions?

    Hi em05

It sound like your version of flash player may be corrupted.
If you go Here Troubleshoot Flash Player installation | Windows
And follow instruction 3) and Uninstall previous versions of Flash Player.
Then go to instruction 5) Download and install Adobe Flash Player.
Make sure you Determine if you are using a 32-bit version of Internet Explorer on a 64-bit version of Windows.
    Before you download Flash Player.
If follow those instructions and I think this will resolve your problems

    Hi, welcome to DAL computers.

Now that we understand you were'nt able to install flash player. As Jim advised to unistall and reinstall flash player, you can certainly perform that step and see is it helps.

However after you perform the above step and if you still have any difficulties with the flash player, please uninstall Mozilla firefox and reinstall it again and check it should work fine.

    How to add/remove programs?(Uninstall/Reinstall programs)?

    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs.
    2. In the Currently installed programs box, click the program that you want to remove, and then click Remove.
    3. If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click Yes.
