    The command is sfc /scanonce

See here for reference Description of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 System File Checker (Sfc.exe)
the same error came up like when i used sfc /scannow

Have you tried system restore to revert your pc back to the time before the problem occurred.
I didn't suggest this previously because you've taken the time to clean your PC and
SFC is usually a simple task to replace any possibly corrupted or deleted System files.
i didnt have the system restore turned on

The first step is to see if the problem is a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)
To check this we need to allow Windows to show us a BSOD error message. We will need that message to troubleshoot your problem.
To do this right click MY Computer and select Properties.
In that window select the Advanced Tab. Now under Startup and Recovery select Settings.
Now remove the tick from Automatically restart
Now hope fully when the PC hangs it will give us a BOSD. Make a note of the full error message and post it here.
To restart your PC press and hold ( not hard) your PC power button. This will power down your PC.
Now restart in the normal way and post the message.
i restarted, but no blue screen came up....

ok i'll keep trying something else....i dont know.

Can you right click My Computer and select Manage

In the window that opens up click on the + Beside Event Viewer
Now select Application and look in the right hand pane are there any Red errors
around the time your PC stops responding?
If so double click on the error to see more details of the problem.
Could you also post those details here
Also click on the blue Microsoft link were you may get further information on the error
    and a possible solution.
If there are no errors there can you do the same in the System Log
