XP install some file won't install

while installing windows xp the following file will not install
    winscard.dll
    winntbbu.dll
    winstrm.dll
    winsrv.dll
    winspool.drv
when the pc reboots i get a blue screen that says
STOP: c0000135 (unable to locate component)
the application has fail to start becaue winsrv was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I try reinstalling but the same thing I also try to repair but the same thing what can I do to fix this problem

Is that an OEM install disk and if so, did it come with that computer?

In search STOP: c0000135 (unable to locate component), it seems to be related mostly to SP2. You might want to look through those results for suggestions.

Good! No problem then, as long as it is only used for one computer only.

Technically, you do not have to install SP2 before installing SP3. You may try skipping SP2 and see what happens.

Are you formatting the drive first? I would.

yes I do fromat the drive with the windows XP disc
I have explored the XP disc and the fiels mention are in the dise but the are liste as a
type DL_ and when installed windows XP it ask for DLL files what is the difference between the two?
When I boot the pc the winodows XP with the scrolling bar comes on then it goes to setup is being restarted then the blue screen with the stop message that is where the winsrv is missing. that is as far as it goes.

The DL_ usually indicates it is a compressed file. When installed, it will decompress to a dll file.

And are you booting to the CD? When you start, you should see in the lower left a prompt to press a key to boot to CD. Do you see that? If not, you need to go into your BIOS Setup Menu and change the boot order putting the CD before the HD.
