Can you get into safe mode?

How to on this here Getting into Windows Safe Mode

If this can be done you can go to the item were you updated the driver and roll back the driver.

Or you can go to system restore and revert you PC back to a time before the driver was installed.
If you cannot get into safe mode please post back
