    Rats, MS-6719 is the Medion mainboard which is really a MS-6533XG, so no help there.

    The Northbridge chipset is a SiS 651, so give this driver a try, see if it fixes the problem.

    SiS UniVGA3 Graphics Driver or SiS UniVGA2 Graphic Driver for Win2000/XP

    Try UniVGA3 first, if that doesn't help try UniVGA2.
